The team is headed up by Jim McGarrity, Anne Maguire and Navdip Gill. Through their years of experience and expertise you can be sure you have the best lawyers for your case.
Profiles:
Jim McGarrity is our Senior Lawyer who has experience of catastrophic injury cases involving amputations. Jim has a reputation for being a “straight talker” and holding out for everything that an injured person is entitled to.
Anne Maguire is Head of our Personal Injury Team and deals with head injury/brain injury, fatal claims and work accident claims. Anne is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Anne has a reputation for ensuring clients receive the best support when they need it most, and being there to fight their corner.
Navdip Gill is Head of our Road Traffic Accident Team and Credit Car Hire Team consisting of three lawyers and two legal executives. Navdip speaks Punjabi.
The Personal Injuryteam at Geoffrey Leaver are all members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and all have attained accreditation through APIL. The senior members of the team also have membership to the Law Society Personal Injury Panel.
