No Win No Fee
Legal help and advice can be very expensive; that’s no secret and the potential cost of a personal injury claim can often put people, who have been injured in an accident that wasn’t their fault, off doing anything about it.
But, under a no win no fee, or Conditional Fee Agreement, you don’t need to worry about the cost of legal help.
No win no fee is essentially a way for your claim to be dealt with for free. You don’t pay us anything if we lose. And if we win, we get paid by the other side. It’s a win-win situation!
In most cases, the losing side will pay the winning side’s legal costs, success fee and expenses. Whilst you will not pay your own solicitor, it is important to remember you could end up paying the other side’s fees if you lose. That’s why we arrange on your behalf to take out an insurance policy called ‘after the event’ insurance, which covers the other side’s costs if we lose.
